Utah Chair Rental offers three different options for delivery times. Our Standard delivery option is available at no extra cost to you and requires a 4 hour delivery window. We also offer one and two hour delivery windows at an additional cost.

Utah Chair Rental pickups are done between 8 am- 8pm on the next business Monday – Friday, unless otherwise noted. please call us before selecting a different day than what is on your original invoice for approval. Items are required to be ready for pickup in the same location they were drop off at by 8 am, unless otherwise arranged. Utah Chair Rental does not require a person to be there at pickup, However you are responsible for the product until we arrive.Please call us with any any concerns or questions. *Additional Charges may apply if you select a different day from your original invoice.

Optional Damage Waiver: Utah Chair Rental offers an optional damage waiver at a cost of 10% of the sub total of your order. When you pay for the optional damage waiver the items are covered against accidental damage or breakage during normal use and operation for their intended purpose. The following are not covered under the Damage Waiver: 1.Damage due to Customer's misuse or neglect, or any other act of omission during the rental period. 2.Damage caused by wax, large burns, writing on surface, if items were used for any purpose outside of normal use (i.e., used to clean up floor) and/or mold caused by not following the use and care instructions. 3. Loss by theft, mysterious or unexplained loss or disappearance.(Required)
